Qualifications

• HS Diploma not required.
• Wear PPE as required (safety glasses, steel toe shoes, hearing protection, gloves).
• Work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Follow written and verbal instructions.
• Work in a safe, effective & productive manner.
• Mechanical aptitude and good math skills are a plus.
• Must be available to work overtime.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with team members to support safety, quality, production, and daily goals.
• Participates in team meetings and improvement initiatives.
• Conducts daily inspections of power equipment with proper documentation.
• Organizes ingredients for mixing according to product formulas.
• Assists in moving ingredient drums and filling mixers.
• Reads scales and performs arithmetic calculations accurately.
• Monitors equipment for malfunctions and notifies maintenance.
• Coordinates information across shifts with other positions.
• Fills in for other processors and assists in the Spice Room as needed.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
