Job Title: Processing Production Operator

Shift: 1 st Monday - Thursday (6am - 4pm)

$15.00 hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Processing Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating machinery and equipment used in the production line , ensuring quality control, maintaining safety standards, and supporting overall production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machinery and equipment used in the production process, including grinding, mixing, stuffing, and cooking.
• Set up and adjust equipment to meet production specifications and ensure quality output.
• Quality Control:
  • Conduct regular quality checks to ensure we meet industry standards and company specifications.
  • Document inspections and report any discrepancies or defects to the production supervisor.
  • Follow health and safety regulations at all times, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of work areas and equipment to promote a safe working environment.
• Inventory Management:
  • Assist in inventory checks and help maintain adequate stock levels of raw materials and finished products.
  • Report any shortages or equipment issues to management in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with team members to achieve production targets and improve efficiency.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.
