Job summary

Rate is a leading retail mortgage lender seeking a Processor to manage file flow from VP sale to UW submission and closing. You will coordinate borrower communications, verify documents, and prepare loan conditions for underwriting.

The role offers a base salary range of $50,000 to $60,000 per year, with remote options in the Charlotte area. Proficiency with Encompass, Outlook, and YBR, strong organizational skills, and customer-service focus are essential.

Responsibilities

Your primary focus is the swift transition from the VP sale to the UW submission then ultimately to CTC and submission to closing. You will process the file to satisfy investors and GR UW guidelines, while working with the rest of the team to communicate with the borrower and other interested parties to ensure a transparent loan process.
