Sazerac Company in Lewiston, Maine, is seeking a Processing Technician to blend, batch, filter, and prepare products for bottling in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, while upholding safety and quality standards.

• Operate blending, batching, filtering, and transfer processes according to approved formulas, SOPs, and production schedules.
• Monitor inventory, tank readings, bulk receiving, and documentation to support accurate production and lab approvals.
• Maintain compliance with safety, food safety, quality, GMP, and environmental standards while keeping work areas clean and organized.
• Support operational goals by helping improve efficiency, reduce waste, and collaborate across departments to meet production targets.

The Processing Technician helps keep operations running smoothly by blending, batching, filtering, and preparing products for bottling. This role offers hands-on involvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with opportunities to build technical skills and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet safety, quality, and production standards while supporting efficient daily operations.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds without assistance.

The hourly rate for this role is$25.27. There is a $2 shift differential for night shift.
