Job summary

Earth Smart Environmental Solutions (ES2) is seeking a technician for waste processing in Michigan. You will load/unload trucks, sort and package waste streams including Medical, Universal, Pharmaceuticals, and Non-Hazardous materials, and operate processing equipment with power tools.

Travel and on-site client service may be required. The role requires lifting capability, safe driving, and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment drug test.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and move a 55 gallon drum.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload trucks.
• Sort and package waste streams (Medical, Universal, Pharmaceuticals, Non-Hazardous).
• Operate processing equipment and power tools.
• Travel as needed; on-site client service possible.
• Meet safety and compliance requirements.

• Loading/Unloading trucks,
• Sorting, packaging waste streams: Medical Waste, Universal Waste, Pharmaceuticals, Non Hazardous Reagents.
• Loading processing equipment.
• Ability to run power equipment, fork lifts, etc.
• Washing containers.
• Cleaning.
• Facility upgrade projects as needed.
• Possible travel
• Possible On-site client service
• Veteran and/or CDL Driver a plus
