Job summary

Verra Mobility is seeking a detail-oriented candidate to manage a high volume of email inquiries and handle payment processing, liability reassignment, violation research, image requests, paper processing, dispute handling, and system data entry updates.

You will communicate clearly with internal and external clients via email and phone, and research tolls and violations within iFACS for TollKeeper, PlatePass, and Viologics to determine resolution status including paying, disputing, changing

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required/preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process a high volume of email inquiries, including payment processing, liability reassignment, violation research, image requests, paper processing, dispute handling, and system data entry updates.
• Clear and concise communication with internal and external clients via email and phone.
• Research tolls & violations within iFACS for TollKeeper, PlatePass, and Viologics clients to determine a resolution status including paying, disputing, changing liability, refunding, and more.
• Review and audit various email (inbox) processes and update internal job wiki/ dashboards.
• Maintaining process documentation and tracking.
• Assist with special projects from leadership on an as-needed basis.
