Job summary

Verra Mobility is seeking a detail‑oriented data entry clerk to review and process photo enforcement events. The role requires following scripts, maintaining high accuracy, and reporting issues as needed within the Operations Group.

You will be responsible for documenting activities, meeting defined production and quality goals, and escalating problems when necessary. You will perform data entry using web‑based tools, align actions to client instructions, and support production targets while

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
Ability to document and report issues clearly
Experience with basic office software and data entry
Ability to sit for long periods while performing data entry tasks
Professional communication skills, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

Review, assess, and perform data entry tasks for photo enforcement events using web-based tools.
Align processing determinations and escalated actions to client-specific instructions.
Adapt processing behaviors based on feedback or changes in rules documentation.
Achieve production and quality goals as assigned by the Processing Department.
Utilize basic computer skills to access and interpret performance reporting.
Other office/clerical duties as assigned.
