Job summary

Steel and Pipe Supply is seeking a Processing Specialist to receive material, cut/bend it to order, and prepare it for shipment. The role operates on a 3rd shift (11:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m., Monday–Friday) and involves exposure to the elements and a physically active environment.

Responsibilities include cleaning, inspecting, and loading parts onto trucks. The position emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a busy warehouse setting in Kansas.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Basic math skills and reading ability to follow instructions and use hand tools.
• Basic computer skills required.

This position helps the company create a culture of safety by following all safety policies and safe work practices.

What can you expect from the job?

• 3rd shift – 11:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m., Monday-Friday
• Exposure to the elements
• Dirtyworking conditions
• Regular exposure to moving mechanical or machinery parts
• Moderately stressfulandconstantly changingwork environment
• Lots ofwalking and standing–up to 8 hours a day
• Frequent lifting, pushing,or pullingof materialup to 51lbs.

What are the requirements?

Pay and Benefits

• Starting pay of $20.00 an hour plus $3.50 shift differential
