Responsibilities

• Relieve Processing Operators for breaks, call-ins, and vacations as directed by shift Lead or Supervisor.
• Learn and understand all Processing job functions and SOPs to fill in for any operating role.
• Follow safety procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Assist in creating, editing, and standardizing job procedures.
• Train and develop new operators and ensure SOP adherence throughout the process.
