Job summary

Chobani is seeking a Processing Relief Operator in Idaho to support the processing department by filling in for other operators, ensuring safety and adherence to GMPs. This role is based in Twin Falls and offers opportunities to learn across processing functions.

The position requires a high school diploma, 3–6 months in a production environment, and strong communication and data-entry skills. You will cover breaks, assist in training, and help maintain SOPs while following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–6 months of production experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer literacy with data entry and retrieval.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-starter with ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain attendance.

Responsibilities

• Work in a safe manner, following all required policies and procedures.
• Obtain direction of the job functions you may be handling throughout the shift from the Processing Lead & Supervisor.
• Provide relief for all breaks, call-ins and scheduled vacations in any needed position throughout the department, as directed by shift Lead or Supervisor.
• Perform other related job duties as requested from Processing Lead & Supervisor when not covering as relief.
• Acquire and maintain a license to receive milk, provide coverage in Milk Receiving as needed.
• Work in compliance with federal, state, and company GMPs.
• Understand all Processing job functions and job SOP's. PRO's must have the ability to fill in for any operating job role in the department.
• Assist in creating, editing, and standardizing job procedures.
• Assist in training & developing new operators, ensuring SOPs are followed throughout the process.
• Complete all required paperwork in each job role as needed with legible handwriting.
• Maintain communication with Processing Lead & Supervisor throughout the shift.
• Complete other tasks as needed.
• Follow Chobani safety procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices
