Arcadia is seeking a strategic Data Product Manager to own the unified data model that powers Expense Management, Energy Intelligence, and Bill Acquisition. You will translate diverse data needs into a coherent, extensible architecture and partner with data engineering to implement scalable solutions.

The role emphasizes data governance, collaboration with analytics and platform teams, and shaping the data roadmap in a rapidly growing energy tech company with a remote-first culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, with meaningful time on data platforms or data infrastructure.
• Proven ability to write detailed technical requirements for data models, schemas, or APIs.
• Experience partnering with data engineers and architects on entity design, governance, and extensibility tradeoffs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to translate complex tradeoffs for engineers and business teams.
• Experience with agile delivery, backlog management, sprint planning, and road-mapping.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive requirements for Arcadia's unified data model, partnering with engineering to design an extensible architecture.
• Mature data strategy and solidify Arcadia's position as a data-driven leader in the utility space.
• Gather requirements across Expense Management, Energy Intelligence, Bill Acquisition, and other data teams to resolve competing schema needs.
• Translate organizational needs into actionable engineering requirements across data lifecycle.
• Define and prioritize roadmap for unified data model capabilities, balancing near-term requests with long-term extensibility.
• Define product requirements and collaborate on data contracts with data engineering.
