Job summary

Roskam Foods in Kentwood, MI is seeking a Processing Operator to run and troubleshoot packaging lines, including fillers, sealers, end-of-line equipment and cartoners. The role requires strict adherence to GMP/HACCP and SOPs, with capability to train new employees under supervision.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow all elements of Food Safety to ensure GMP, HACCP and proper packaging standards are met.
• Acknowledge and follow GMP principles at all times.
• Operate and troubleshoot assigned machinery (Filler, Sealer, End of Line, etc.).
• Complete required paperwork for their line with supervision.
• Maintain clean equipment and inspect before/after runs.
• Communicate with Production leadership and other departments.
