Job summary

Alcon is seeking an Operator I, Processing in the Phaco Secondaries Department at our Sinking Spring, PA facility. You will handle sophisticated manual tasks, set up and operate production equipment, and ensure products meet stringent specifications.

Responsibilities include maintaining daily production records, inspecting products, and following SOPs to support quality, cost, and scheduling goals. Onsite role with full-time hours, offering a path in a global eye-health leader.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production equipment to meet specifications and quality standards.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections; monitor and adjust equipment for quality and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate daily production records and batch documentation for performance analysis.
• Follow SOPs, safety guidelines, and GMP regulations; ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to team projects to improve quality, cost, and scheduling.
