Job summary

Alcon is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to handle setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of production equipment in a 3rd shift (10:30 PM–6:30 AM, Sunday–Thursday). The role supports quality standards, batch documentation, and adherence to SOPs within a fast-paced, compliant environment.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, strong English communication, and be comfortable working onsite with no sponsorship or relocation provided.

Qualifications

• Fluent reading, writing, understanding, and communication in English.
• Onsite location; no visa sponsorship or relocation provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform setup, operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of production equipment.
• Conduct visual and dimensional inspections and adjust equipment to ensure quality.
• Maintain accurate daily production records and batch documentation.
• Follow SOPs and safety guidelines in a computerized manufacturing environment.
• Support continuous improvement and cost, quality, and schedule goals.
