Job summary

Alcon is seeking an Operator I, Processing in the Phaco Secondaries Department at our Sinking Spring, PA facility. The role involves setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of production equipment, with emphasis on quality, documentation, and adherence to SOPs in a GMP environment.

We require a high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to read/write English fluently, and prior machine operator experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong technical and troubleshooting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production equipment to manufacture products per specifications.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections; monitor and adjust equipment for quality and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate daily production records and batch documentation for analysis.
• Follow SOPs, ensure compliance with GxP and training requirements.
• Collaborate on process improvement initiatives and meet scheduling targets.
