Job summary

3M is hiring a Processing Operator I for its Indianapolis, Indiana facility. The role is on full-time 2nd shift (5:45am – 4:15pm) with a starting pay of $23.88 per hour plus shift differentials.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or higher.
• At least 2 months of experience operating production machinery.
• Willing to work 8–10 hour shifts, overtime, extended hours, weekends as needed.
