MPI Engineered Technologies is seeking dependable Machine Operators to join our Knox, Indiana manufacturing team on the 2nd shift. You’ll operate production equipment, perform setups, monitor quality, and support continuous improvement initiatives in a safety-first environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Pass a basic math assessment with a score of 80% or higher.
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions.
• Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment after training.
• Ability to work scheduled overtime when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and manufacturing equipment.
• Load and unload materials and parts.
• Perform machine setups and equipment changeovers.
• Monitor machine performance throughout production runs.
• Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Make machine adjustments to maintain product specifications.
• Identify and reject defective parts.
• Maintain production rates and efficiency goals.
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all SOPs and quality/environmental management system requirements.
