Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; college degree preferred.
• 5-8 years in production, retail, logistics, or distribution.
• Experience in ATS processing operations or HR policies is a plus.
• Experience in manufacturing, thrift, or distribution businesses.
• Past management experience including hiring and evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee efficient product flow from dock to sales floor.
• Develop and monitor workflow using CTQ metrics.
• Implement cost reduction strategies and drive a results-oriented team.
• Ensure policy compliance and safety standards.
• Hire, train, and develop team members; provide coaching.
• Collaborate with General Manager to achieve financial goals.
• Manage budgets, P&L, and financial reporting.
• Maintain store presentation and exceptional donor/customer service.
• Partner with AP and HR on investigations and personnel matters.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and productive workspace.
