Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in production, retail, logistics, or distribution environments.
• Experience in ATS processing operations, employee policies, or human relations.
• Experience in manufacturing, thrift, or distribution businesses.
• Past management experience including hiring, performance evaluations, and policy enforcement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee efficient product flow from dock to sales floor.
• Develop and monitor workflow using CTQ metrics.
• Implements cost reduction strategies and fosters a results-driven team culture.
• Ensure policy compliance and enforce standards.
• Hire, train, and develop team members; provide coaching and performance management.
• Coordinate with General Manager to meet financial and operational goals.
• Manage production levels, inventory quality, pricing, and store budgets.
