Job summary

Our Home is seeking Processing Machine Operators to join our team, focusing on operating and maintaining processing machines to meet production demands. Leadership within the packaging room and adherence to safety and food quality programs are essential.

The regular schedule is Monday to Friday from 5:30am to 3:30pm, with extended hours and overtime as needed. Candidates should be prepared to work in a fast-paced food production environment.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years related experience and training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and check production schedule and determine what products will be running.
• Safe equipment operation in processing areas and all relevant plant operations.
• Responsible for quality and food safety tasks related to processing.
• Ability to perform minor to moderate maintenance tasks related to processing machines.
• Work with management and fellow associates to ensure Food Safety programs are followed.
• Report food, office or operational safety problems to a supervisor or manager for initiating action.
• Perform other duties as assigned that will impact and support the overall outcome of the company and department objectives.
