Job summary

Five Star Breaktime Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Processing Clerk to join our team. You will be responsible for accurately processing orders, entering data, generating invoices, and coordinating with the delivery team to ensure timely fulfillment.

The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with bi-weekly pay. Candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Office, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior data entry or order processing experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 45-50 lbs frequently.
• Consent to Background Check and Drug Screen.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Enter orders into computer system and generate invoices for billing.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with vendors to replenish stock as needed.
• Coordinate with delivery team to schedule and dispatch orders.
• Resolve any order discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain orderly and accurate records of all transactions.
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns.
• Must be able to complete paperwork by hand or via accounting, word processing or spreadsheet software.
• Ability to utilize different automated machines during the work shift.
