Richmond Beverage Solutions has immediate job openings for a Processing Assistant: Operate all production equipment at or above production and quality standards and CIP systems.

DUTIES:
  • Make mix/batching for UHT and HTST systems.
  • Set up, CIP and clean UHT and HTST processing systems and all associated equipment.
  • Set up, CIP and clean associated raw and pasteurized equipment (tanks, lines, batch systems, etc.)
  • Perform assigned PM’s, rebuild valves, pumps and homogenizer, etc.
  • Operate and CIP separator and other associated equipment.
  • Lift 50 to 100 lbs. on a repetitive basis.
  • Work in hot, humid conditions.
  • Complete and maintain all associated records in accordance with company, state and federal requirements.
  • Adhere to all good manufacturing practices. Duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Production or general work experience preferred
  • Certification and/or License – may be required during course of employment
  • Able to follow directions and carry out instructions
  • Able to effectively work in a team environment
  • Able to legibly write entries for record keeping
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English
