Responsibilities:

• Operate coater and blending equipment to produce coatings and coated paper.
• Produce materials to meet customer specifications.
• Test completed equipment to detect and remove defects.
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery.
• Coordinate material movement throughout operations with other plant functions.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating printing and packaging-related converting equipment.
• Familiarity with PLC controls and automated equipment.
• Lift truck operating experience.
• Ability to handle a physical workload of 55 lbs.
• Computer skills: Excel, Word, and MRP systems.
