Job summary

Campbell Soup Company in Utah is seeking a Packaging Operator to operate and maintain packaging machines on a production line. You will help ensure the line runs smoothly, follow safety and GMP procedures, and keep accurate paperwork.

The role requires readiness for overtime or weekend work, strong teamwork, and the ability to rotate tasks as needed to meet production schedules. Prior manufacturing or food-service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or 1 year of production experience in manufacturing.
• Preferred: production line manufacturing experience or food service/food handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Safely set up, adjust and operate packaging machines.
• May rotate positions, give breaks, and operate as schedule requires.
• Maintain area in good housekeeping and complete required paperwork.
• Participate as team member to accomplish training and cover schedules.
• Overtime and weekend work may be required.
• Support a preventive maintenance program and follow GMPs.
• Speak/read English to safely perform essential functions.
