Guidehouse is seeking a Digital Transformation professional to support federal‑facing clients in delivering automation, analytics, and change management using the MS Power Platform.

The role focuses on process automation, data analytics, and program support, working with teams to implement new capabilities and improve efficiency. Travel up to 10% and the position requires ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

What You Will Do

What You Will Need

• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD \"PUBLIC TRUST\"; Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.


• Bachelor's Degree


• Minimum THREE (3) or more years' experience in business analytics, business management or process improvement to include ONE (1) or more years' experience with Power Platform (Power Apps/Power Automate)


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills (written and verbal).

What Would Be Nice To Have

• Active CBP or ICE Public Trust or higher clearance


• Direct experience or familiarity with DHS law-enforcement agencies


• Advanced Power Platform experience (Power Apps/Power Automate)


• Tableau or BI software experience


• R or Python software experience

The annual salary range for this position is $113,000.00-$188,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
