Essentia is looking for a Process & Training Associate Analyst to support system training, process improvement, and the development and implementation of training programs across revenue cycle.
Perform system training, process analysis, and support the development and implementation of training programs. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: performing duties relating to adult training programs; training on assigned systems; responsible for training preparation by arranging schedules and documenting attendance; support of system practice management changes; developing understanding of the associated processes that are attached to identified systems; documentation of identified process updates and writing revenue services newsletters. Prioritizing educational needs across the revenue cycle and has a strong understanding of operational policies and procedures.
