Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of manufacturing or process operations experience.
• Familiar with Lean, Six Sigma, SPC or continuous improvement programs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with plant operations to optimize performance and meet production, quality, environmental, reliability and cost objectives.
• Apply process technology and engineering expertise to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Lead troubleshooting, root cause investigations, and continuous improvement projects to reduce losses.
