Job summary

Responsibilities include analyzing KPIs, optimizing production schedules, and partnering with SMEs to troubleshoot and reduce EBITDA losses while ensuring compliance with permits and safety standards.

Qualifications

• BS engineering discipline required (Chemical or Mechanical preferred).
• 1-5 years of manufacturing or related experience required.
• Lean/Six Sigma experience.
• Process Safety Management experience.
• Continuous Improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned unit's success and failure.
• Coach and intervene to improve operation safety and effectiveness.
• Model professionalism and plant culture.
• Apply continuous improvement and financial acumen to boost profitability.
• Understand customer needs and ensure quality, responsiveness and reliability.
• Know daily margins and optimize EBITDA.
• Improve plant cost position and production cost.
• Set up KPI-driven optimization.
• Ensure manufacturing technology and process automation are used effectively.
