Job summary

Sol celestial, Inc. is seeking a Process Technician to operate ultra-thin solar cell production lines in a clean room, following documented procedures and assisting process engineers with transferring R&D to manufacturing.

You will perform preventative maintenance, monitor tool alarms, collect data, and support a collaborative, safety‑driven team that aims to deliver space-ready solar power with equity and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Associates degree or STEM certification preferred.
• Clean room environment experience advantageous.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand intermittingly.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Experience in clean room production or R&D is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate tools safely to process production lots per procedures.
• Maintain quality and fulfill orders under supervisor direction.
• Monitor equipment parameters and alarms during shifts.
• Perform basic preventative maintenance and simple diagnostics.
• Assist process engineers with transferring R&D to manufacturing.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment and communicate issues.
