Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Associates of Science degree or Certification in a STEM program preferred.
• Ability to work in clean room environment.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and spend long periods processing production lots.

Responsibilities

• Operate R&D tools to process ultra-thin solar cells according to baseline procedures.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment used in large-scale manufacturing.
• Monitor process data and alarms; escalate issues as needed.
• Assist engineers with transferring R&D processes to production scale.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and collaborate with team during shifts.
