Solestial, Inc. is hiring a Process Technician to work in our R&D manufacturing environment on ultra-thin solar cells. You will operate tools, monitor processes, perform basic quality control, and assist engineers in transferring processes to large-scale manufacturing. This role requires clean room experience and a methodical, safety-conscious mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• Associates degree or STEM certification preferred.
• Clean room experience is required or preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work extended hours in a production setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate tools and equipment safely to maintain quality and fulfill orders.
• Perform baseline processing of ultra-thin solar cells according to procedures.
• Troubleshoot tool failures and assist engineers with process transfers to manufacturing.
• Monitor process data and alarms, escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow safety rules.
