Flexcraft, a long-standing plastics manufacturer in Fort Worth, seeks a Process Technician to oversee injection and blow molding processes. You will set up equipment, troubleshoot, and ensure production meets quality and safety standards on a rotating 12-hour schedule with day and night shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience with GMP, ISO, Lean, or 5S environments in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to use measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, rulers)
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, data entry)
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support injection molding and blow molding machines
• Perform mold changes, startups, and process adjustments
• Troubleshoot equipment, tooling, and auxiliary systems
• Complete preventative maintenance and basic equipment upkeep
• Work closely with Quality to resolve issues and verify specifications
• Use measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, scales)
• Complete setup, production, and maintenance documentation accurately
• Maintain clean, safe, and audit-ready work areas
• Support and mentor less-experienced team members

12-Hour Rotating Shifts (2-2-3) | Day & Night | $3/hr Night Differential
