Job summary

Flexcraft is hiring experienced Process Technicians to run molding equipment and ensure stable production in a growing plastics operation in New Jersey.

You will monitor machines, perform mold changes and process adjustments, troubleshoot issues, and support quality verification while documenting work and mentoring teammates. The role offers a 2-2-3 schedule with night differential and opportunities to advance.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, plastics preferred.
• Ability to perform setups, adjustments and troubleshooting independently.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Experience using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

Responsibilities

• Monitor machines and keep production running smoothly.
• Perform mold changes, startups, and process adjustments.
• Troubleshoot equipment, tooling, and processes.
• Catch problems early and correct them before escalation.
• Coordinate with Quality to verify product specs.
• Document activities and maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Support and mentor less experienced teammates.

What You’ll Be Working On

• Injection molding & blow molding machines
• Mold changes, startups, and process adjustments
• Auxiliary equipment (material handling, grinders, etc.)
• Quality measurement and process control

What You’ll Do
