Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform machine set-up and shutdown for molding operations.
• Assist with sample/validation runs on new/revised products.
• Document machine and automation settings per instructions.
• Identify and resolve machine malfunctions and quality issues.
• Operate machine controls, safety switches, and start/stop sequences.
• Monitor and record machine performance rates.
• Maintain 6S and clean work area.
• Comply with GMP/Safety policies.
• Attend training and complete assigned tasks.
