At our Duncan, SC location we are searching for a: Process Technician – Off Shift.

Responsibilities

• Scrap rates for assigned presses.
• Monitor actual cycle times/efficiency.
• Keep up of process parameter sheets (info to Engineer).
• Assist in mold changes (team with Setup Technicians).
• Identify problems (Press/Robot/EOAT) and provide feedback to Engineer.
• Logbook entry/passing down of shift issues.
• Keep machines clean (purge, pellets, parts & runners in press, etc.).
• Identify root cause and record into Barco at each press stoppage (accurate data).
• Cleaning of the tools in assigned area (each shift).
• Train setup in process and proper startup of the presses/tools.
• Other duties as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of prior two‑shot injection molding processing experience and technical training.
• Must be able to lift 75 lbs.
• Must be able to climb in and out of machines – strenuous work.
• Must be able to work at various heights; climb ladders.
• High School Diploma / GED.
