Job summary

Greif, Inc. is seeking a Process Technician - Steel to drive continuous improvement across manufacturing lines, focusing on OEE, scrap reduction, and paint yield.

You will work with Operations, Maintenance, Reliability, Quality, and Engineering to boost productivity and reduce costs while ensuring process stability. Ideal candidates have 3–6 years in manufacturing, strong data-analysis skills, and knowledge of paint/coating processes.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with technical certs.
• 3–6 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OEE concepts and KPIs.
• Proficient in data analysis, Excel, and Power BI.
• Knowledge of paint/coating processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead OEE improvement initiatives across production lines.
• Analyze losses and improve availability, performance, and quality.
• Monitor metrics and create action plans to reduce losses.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Reduce scrap and paint waste; optimize coating parameters.
