The role requires teamwork, a strong technical background, and a willingness to learn. Pay is $15.50–$16.50 per hour with weekly pay and an on‑site shift schedule. E‑Verify and a drug test are part of the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Plastics Technology, Electrical, Electronics, Electro-Mechanical Technology, or related field preferred.
• Relevant manufacturing or technical experience will be considered in lieu of education.
• E-Verify, Drug Test, and Medical Insurance are required hiring prerequisites.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain automated blow molding and injection molding equipment.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and machine adjustments.
• Make mechanical repairs within the work area.
