Qualifications

• Must be team-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Self-motivated and flexible with job assignments.
• Strong technical and interpersonal skills; willing to learn via training.
• Preferred: Associate's Degree in Plastics Tech, Electrical, Electronics, or Electro-Mechanical Tech or related field.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain automated blow molding and injection molding equipment.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and machine adjustments.
• Complete preventative maintenance tasks.
• Monitor equipment performance and adjust settings as needed.
• Follow ISO standards and safety procedures.
• Enter downtime and scrap information as required.
