Job summary

RXinsider LTD. is seeking a Process Technician C2 to set up molds in injection molding machines, troubleshoot molding issues, and support material evaluations. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and hands-on experience with blow molding processes.

Shift is 2nd (3pm-11pm) with a $2.00/hr shift differential. Candidate should be able to lift up to 40 lbs and move up to 200 lbs, while maintaining a 5S work area and adhering to safety policies.

• Good working knowledge of MATTEC.
• Capable of performing mold changes.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Operates molding machines and molds per procedure.
• Communicates with coworkers on safety, quality, maintenance, production and continuous improvement.
• Follows work instructions and may train others on them.
• Set-up, operate and adjust molding machines for production.
• Enter process data on forms as required.
• Collects data from process capability and stability.
• Solves basic molding machine operating problems.
• Assists in raw material evaluations as needed.
• Maintains 5S in the work area.
• Lifts up to 40 pounds and can move up to 200 pounds.
• Adheres to safety policies and may assist in other areas as needed.
