Role Description

Form Energy is hiring a process technician to support our operations team. This role reports into our Operations Sustaining organization . As part of our sustaining team, you will be involved in new process deployment and stabilization in partnership with production teams. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape and be part of the growth of a fast-moving company with breakthrough technology and an incredible mission!

What you’ll do:

• Monitor and maintain production processes, equipment, and parameters to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.
• Conduct regular audits and data analysis to identify deviations, trends, and opportunities for process enhancements.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues, implement corrective actions, and identify areas for improvement both independently and cross-functionally.
• Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions (WIs).
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, promoting a culture of safety throughout the facility.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors, providing updates on process performance and project statuses.

What you’ll bring:

This role is based at Form Factory 1 in Weirton, WV—an easy commute from the city of Pittsburgh, PA. This 550,000-square-foot facility is our hub for high-volume battery production and a leader in the new era of American energy manufacturing.
