  • Troubleshoot equipment issues, implement corrective actions, and identify areas for improvement both independently and cross-functionally.
  • Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions (WIs).
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, promoting a culture of safety throughout the facility.
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors, providing updates on process performance and project statuses.
What you’ll bring:
  • At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing environments.
  • Strong demonstrated mechanical aptitude for manufacturing equipment and processes.
  • Experience monitoring processes in an assembly, production, or related industry, including strip charts, PI/OSI, run charts, etc.
  • Capable of identifying and troubleshooting problems independently when the existing “manual” doesn't have the answer.
  • Proficient in digital documentation, including the ability to accurately enter data and navigate basic spreadsheets.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration within a dynamic production environment.
  • Adherence to safety protocols and a proactive approach to promoting a safe working environment.
  • Basic electrical competence desired but not required.
Where you’ll work:

This role is based at Form Factory 1 in Weirton, WV—an easy commute from the city of Pittsburgh, PA. This 550,000-square-foot facility is our hub for high-volume battery production and a leader in the new era of American energy manufacturing. Relocation assistance is available.
