Job summary

Ideal candidates have five years in manufacturing or quality settings, a High School Diploma (Associate degree preferred), and knowledge of SOPs, QC testing, and documentation. Lean Six Sigma tools and problem-solving are used to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety procedures and quality practices.
• Monitor QC testing and documentation on shift.
• Lead problem solving and corrective actions on shift.
• Support production with quality expertise as SME.
