Job summary

Freudenberg-NOK General Partnership is seeking a Manufacturing Process Technician to monitor, troubleshoot, and improve processes across molding, assembly, and secondary operations. The role focuses on delivering quality, safety, and efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will collaborate with production and maintenance to resolve equipment and process issues, support new launches and engineering trials, and contribute to Lean initiatives that reduce waste and improve product

Qualifications

Associate degree in Engineering Technology or related field.
At least 2 years of manufacturing experience in technical roles.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve manufacturing processes to support production, quality, and safety goals.
Set up, validate, and optimize molding, assembly, and secondary operations.
Investigate process issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
Partner with production and maintenance teams to resolve equipment and process challenges.
Support new product launches, process transfers, equipment installations, and engineering trials.
Develop and maintain process documentation, operating procedures, and process parameters.
Contribute to Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
