Freudenberg-NOK General Partnership is seeking a Manufacturing Process Technician to monitor, troubleshoot, and improve processes across molding, assembly, and secondary operations. The role focuses on delivering quality, safety, and efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will collaborate with production and maintenance to resolve equipment and process issues, support new launches and engineering trials, and contribute to Lean initiatives that reduce waste and improve product

Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Engineering Technology or related field.
  • At least 2 years of manufacturing experience in technical roles.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specs.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up, validate, and optimize molding, assembly, and secondary manufacturing operations.
  • Investigate process issues, identify root causes, and help implement effective corrective actions.
  • Partner with production and maintenance teams to resolve equipment and process-related challenges.
  • Support new product launches, process transfers, equipment installations, and engineering trials.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, operating procedures, and process parameters.
  • Contribute to Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives that reduce waste, improve productivity, and enhance product quality.
Qualifications:
  • Associate degree in Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Technology, Industrial Technology, or a related technical field; equivalent manufacturing experience will also be considered.
  • Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience in a technical, maintenance, process, or production support role.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot manufacturing processes and equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and manufacturing documentation.
  • Analytical problem-solving skills with a focus on identifying and resolving root causes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment.
