Job summary

Brunswick Boat Group is seeking a Manufacturing/Production Process Specialist to develop and maintain assembly processes for current production and new product introductions. You will conduct time studies, set up labor standards, and collaborate with the materials group to ensure smooth product flow.

The role requires 3–5 years of manufacturing experience, a high school diploma or GED, and lean manufacturing knowledge. Proficiency with OBMS/TeamCenter is a plus; overtime flexibility is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production line presence and improve assembly processes.
• Perform time studies to resolve workflow problems and define line rate/balancing.
• Set up and maintain production systems such as Parts routings, Standard Work, Andon (using OBMS and TeamCenter).
• Develop, enter, and maintain labor standards.
• Support and execute part and process changes in production.
• Use lean tools for problem resolution (A3, Andon, Heijunka).
• Assist Manufacturing Engineering with tooling issue resolution.
