Job summary

Qualifications

• Willingness to cross-train and rotate between equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist operators with troubleshooting, scrap reduction, and addressing equipment issues.
• Operate in a LEAN manufacturing environment and suggest process improvements.
• Assist in the integration, start-up and debugging of future equipment.
• Troubleshoot process problems and monitor equipment for potential errors.
• Handle/lift parts (minimum of 50 lbs.) and work across different models with team members.
