Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documents.
• Good written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Act as process expert for manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Perform adjustments, setup, autonomous maintenance, and daily reporting.
• Train equipment operators to meet production plans safely and efficiently.
• Lead changeovers and equipment adjustments to meet quality and cycle-time targets.
