Process Technician I - 3rd Shift (8:30pm - 5:00am)

Your main tasks:

1. The Process Technician is an expert in manufacturing processes and equipment.
2. Responsible for equipment adjustments, setup, autonomous maintenance, daily reporting, and training operators to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production in a fast-paced environment.
3. Operate various equipment and train new employees on proper operation.
4. Manage daily productivity and analyze data related to equipment performance.
5. Lead changeovers and equipment adjustments based on quality and cycle time requirements.
6. Assist Maintenance Technicians with installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of production equipment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Experience in root cause analysis of equipment or parts.
• Experience with relevant processes (e.g., Enamel, Welding, Paint, Metal Stamping, Metal Fabrication, Automation) or 1 year of experience combined with a technical associate degree (e.g., Mechatronics, Industrial Electronics).
• Ability to operate a computer and tablet (iOS and Android).
• Proven ability to set up, operate, and perform autonomous maintenance on automated heavy equipment in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
