Process Technician I – 3rd Shift (8:30pm - 5:00am)

Your main tasks:

• Serve as an expert in manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Perform adjustments, equipment setup, autonomous maintenance, and daily reporting. Train equipment operators to ensure production goals are met safely, efficiently, and with high quality in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate various equipment and instruct new employees on proper operation.
• Monitor daily productivity and analyze data for improvements.
• Lead changeovers and equipment adjustments based on quality and cycle time requirements.
• Assist Maintenance Technicians with installation, debugging, repair, and maintenance of production equipment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Experience in root cause analysis of equipment or parts.
• Experience with processes such as Enamel, Welding, Paint, Pre-Painted Metal Stamping, Metal Fabrication, Automation, or a combination of 1-year experience with a technical associate degree (Mechatronics, Industrial Electronics).
• Ability to operate computers and tablets (iOS and Android).
• Proven ability to set up, operate, and perform autonomous maintenance on fully automated heavy equipment in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
