Production Technician I (3rd Shift) - Starting at $17/hr

What will you do?

Provide “Right. On Time. Every Time.” products and customer service to both external and internal customers within company standards.

Core Functions
  • Follow all plant safety procedures and use all applicable PPE.
  • Operate machinery such as benders, roll formers, wrappers, slitters, shears, forklifts following safety guidelines.
  • Complete setup procedures and work instructions as documented.
  • Perform quality checks, make adjustments, and re-produce products as needed.
  • Complete daily orders, meet or exceed safety, productivity, scrap, on-time delivery, and accuracy goals.
  • Perform preventive maintenance checks and report machinery issues promptly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Update records and visual tracking accurately.
  • Cross-train and work at various production positions as needed.
  • Participate in monthly inventory.

  • Operate assigned tasks and cross-train in additional tasks.
  • Exhibit excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • Be customer and detail-oriented.
  • Demonstrate continuous improvement mindset and verbalize process ideas.
  • Read tape measures, perform basic math, and use a calculator.
  • Learn production operations and uphold company values of “Own It. Can Do. Act in Love.”
Preferred Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Current certification on crane and forklift.
Physical Demands & Work Environment

The environment can be loud, with exposure to outside weather conditions. Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs, stand long periods, and operate around machinery with moving parts. Reasonable accommodations can be made for disabilities.
